What is Powder Coating ?
Powder coating is a process of applying a compound of dry powdered paint which consists of resins, fillers and pigments that are sprayed through a low-velocity spray gun that also charges the particles using electrostatic spray deposition (ESD) the particles are then attracted to the metal substrate when applied, the electrostatic charge holds the particles in place through the curing/baking process which fuses them to the metal at a high temperature which can exceed 180 degrees.
Powder Coating virtually any colour or finish, matte, glossy, etc , smooth is rust free, scratch resistant and ecologicaly friendly. Powder coating lasts a long, long time. It is a high quality finish that's found on thousands of products you come in contact with each day.
How durable is Powder Coating?
Powder coating provides very high abrasion and is resistant to cracking, peeling and is corrosion and chemical resistant, these characteristics vary by paint choice and specific application. To make it easier for our customers depending on what your requirements are we offer internal and external specifications.

What do we powder coat?
We can powder coat practically anything metal that can tolerate temperatures up to around 200 degrees during the baking/curing process, metals such as mild steel, electroplated and galvanized steel and also aluminum and stainless steel, most other steel alloys can be powder coated.
